I\'m a Research Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with 9+ years of experience in the social sector. I\'ve honed my theoretical and practical knowledge of research, monitoring and evaluation and development issues. I\'ve worked on a plethora of issues including adolescent empowerment, gender-based violence, gender biased sex selection, early marriage, education, and health (MHM). I believe that every person has the power to make a difference, and my aim is to empower communities to bring about positive change. One of my key strengths lies in my ability to work with communities, particularly in rural contexts. I understand the importance of community engagement in the research and evaluation process and have the experience necessary to ensure that community voices are heard and included in project outcomes. I am well-versed in handling data collection for both qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation projects, developing monitoring formats, tool designing, capacity building on M&E etc. As a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, I am passionate about developing evidence-based solutions and strategies. I am committed to using my skills to help organizations achieve their goals and make a meaningful impact in the world.
