My mission is to improve the quality of life for women facing pelvic health issues through ARMS Medical\'s innovative solutions. Our pioneering technologies and tools for pelvic floor surgery are designed to reduce complications and shorten surgical time compared to traditional techniques. This innovative approach benefits not only patients but also surgeons and hospitals.My journey began with a strong foundation as a Distinguished Military Graduate, where I honed my skills in planning, coordinating, and supervising various training scenarios. My experience includes executing missions alongside international partners, including French rotary-wing assets, British Special Operations, Australian Infantry Battalions, and more.Transitioning to the civilian sector, I entered the pharmaceutical sales arena with a unique story—Pfizer hired me following a harrowing incident involving the kidnapping of my wife, during which I engaged in hand-to-hand combat with three intruders, resulting in their capture and imprisonment. This event garnered national exposure by well known talk show hosts, providing a remarkable platform for a former military officer.During my career, I achieved numerous top rankings at Pfizer and United Chemicals of Belgium, including Rookie of the Year, Hospital Representative of the Year, District of the Year, and Region of the Year over an eight-year period.My journey led me to a medical device company, where I played a pivotal role in transitioning from distribution to direct hiring as a Key Account Manager, subsequently being promoted to National Sales Director. In this role, I oversaw the hiring, training, development, and support of 42 territory managers while targeting the nation\'s leading implant surgeons. During my tenure, the company achieved hyper-growth, increasing revenue from 2 million to 10 million in just five years.In 2016, I relaunched ARMS Medical, embarking on a journey to bring innovative solutions to the UroGynecologic space. This included a new and innovative biologic from the U.K. along developing a smokeless bovie. Additionally, my team and I introduced a patent-pending precut allograft for anterior and posterior repair, named VNEW and registered with the USPTO. Our biologic has already improved the lives of over women, and I remain committed to seeking mesh free solutions for pelvic floor disorders.My passion lies in making a meaningful impact on women\'s health, and I\'m dedicated to continuing this mission through innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology.
