I anchored the domain and regulatory alignment, ensuring the solution delivered a fit-for-purpose, technology-enabled transformation that balanced agility with compliance.> Led the set-up of a GxP-compliant Quality Management System (QMS) for a large technology practice to enable AI-based systems, including authoring SOPs, templates, and training frameworks.
