I started inside the product itself, as one of a small group of engineers who built Oracle Retail\'s Fashion Bundle (MFP, Assortment Planning, Size Profile Optimization) in R&D. That gave me something most consultants never get: an inside-out understanding of how these platforms actually work. Since then I\'ve led $50M+ global transformation programs, managed 250+ person delivery teams across the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC, and advised CXOs on where to invest and how to modernize their retail planning capability. Today I\'m focused on the next shift: AI-native retail planning, not AI that talks, but AI that acts inside planning systems. I\'m working on how agentic capabilities apply to demand sensing, markdown optimization, replenishment orchestration, and assortment decisioning, and actively building hands-on capability across the modern agentic stack (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, LLM orchestration).
