About Ranga Raghunathan
With over 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning, I lead a team of data scientists and analysts at Grainger, a leading industrial supply company. Our mission is to deliver innovative and impactful machine learning and analytical solutions for e-commerce, merchandizing, and marketing, with a primary focus on natural language processing, text mining, language models, real time ML micro-services and APIs.As the Director of Applied Machine Learning, I oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning systems that enhance product relevancy, search and retrieval, recommendation, and personalization for Grainger\'s online platform.
