This effort was characterized by a concise four-step process that enabled a seamless and straightforward migration to Aurora experience for our business partners. •Implemented cost-savings initiatives such as database cost reports and automated processes to shut down any Idle RDS instances, saving significant amount of dollars annually. •Successfully adopted and implemented the integration of AWS Aurora with HashiCorp Vault, to improve Northwestern Mutual security posture and comply with the company security standards. •Work across the enterprise with senior leaders, application developers and key stakeholders to better shape the priorities, strategies, and team culture to deliver a seamless experience to our customers. •Create data-driven processes to automate cleanup of unused infrastrtucture resources to decrease costs and drive efficiency.
