Serve as the main HR point of contact for support functions in the Jordan office, providing guidance and support to a workforce of 1,500 employees through various communication channels, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Gmail.• Ensuring HR policies are followed consistently• Supporting legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Support HR activities that require local management, such as liaising with external authorities, employee documentation, and other ad hoc local requirements that require physical presence.• Close tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing system whenever employees submit requests for various needs.• Meet new joiners on their first day, ensure they are settled, and all the required documents are uploaded on the Workday platform and are all saved.• Deliver induction and (Welcome to PWC) for new joiners.• Manage and explain the medical insurance enrolment process and support employees with insurance-related queries.• Enhance employees\' experience by ensuring aseamless travel reimbusrment process through Sap Concur.• Liaise with HC Shared Services on all related activities (offboarding, Maternity, Payroll cases) for the Jordan office through Sapience.• Collaborated with the procurement team to process HR invoices such as (insurance, catering) and this involved creating LPOs using Sage, providing the finance team with the necessary information related to employees such as cost centers.• Responsible for producing and submitting reports on general HR activity utilizing Workday Codes and Power BI for dashboard analysis.• Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects to keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
