About Ranee Samaniego

I am passionate about empowering and supporting individuals in their career journeys. I am currently a Senior Staffing Consultant at Thomas Edwards Group, where I focus on building relationships with candidates to help them succeed in their career searches and building relationships with clients to help them find the best candidates to fill their needs.Previously, I was the HR Manager and Senior Hiring and Recruiting Specialist at InGenius Prep. There, I am worked with the leadership to build and establish a strong HR Department. I managed all HR responsibilities for the 55 full-time employees in the US, Canada, and Korea and for all 400 part-time, remote contractors. I also developed several unique initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. In total, I hired over 370 full- and part-time employees and regularly interviewed between 10-45 candidates per week. Furthermore, I graduated in May 2019 with my Master of Science in Management from SMU\'s Cox School of Business. While at SMU, I served as the Graduate Assistant for the Career Development Team at the Hegi Family Career Development Center, where I met with over 200 students and alumni to empower them in their job searches. This was the experience that truly ignited my passion for career coaching! On a personal note - I love hiking, reading, and great conversations over cups of coffee.
