About Randy Williams
From my early days as a developer to many years architecting and delivering Microsoft-based solutions, I’ve been innovating for 25 years. Today, I am an independent consultant, speaker, and technology adviser. My specialty is helping organizations maximize the value of SharePoint and Office 365 with an emphasis on cloud migration (data and apps), information governance, and maximizing user adoption. I am a three-time SharePoint MVP and author of several SharePoint books.

Lead a team of 10 people in an enterprise-wide upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2016. Establish the methodology and build a migration factory to upgrade thousands of sites over the course of a dozen waves. For the terabytes of data, there is near-complete fidelity of content and effectively zero downtime for the business during transition.Quogent provides services to enterprises that include process strategy, modeling and process excellence planning. We provide accelerated business application development services coupled with an infrastructure team that works with companies on cloud strategy – migrating business apps to the cloud and ensuring proper alignment with their business objectives.
