CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE COMMUNICATION (WRITING): I serve on the Advancement Team of FWC where I work with alumni, donors, and internal and external communication. My unique role is to be chief speechwriter and responsible for writing most formal communication. For the past two heads of school, I have been the one writer to best capture their voice in each of their unique communication styles to the school community. I am both intuitive and skilled across a range of executive writing and communications assignments, from formal speeches and message points to press releases, letters to the school community, and video messages.CLASSROOM: I serve on the Upper School Bible Faculty where I teach multiple sections of New Testament Bible for Juniors. My deep hope for each student coming into Bible class:\"My deep hope is every student would know they are welcome into the story of God\'s love and would desire to join Jesus-followers into turning the world upside down on mission with God.\"I also teach a Multimedia Class, facilitating the creative expression of students in the planning, execution, and production of campus audio and video projects.CONSULTING: I am passionate about consulting with other Christian schools (PK12) as well as many Christian leaders in the business and nonprofit sectors. Donny, my identical twin brother and Co-Hort, and I love collaborating with leaders who want their business or nonprofit to grow.CULTURALLY INTELLIGENT: God\'s world is beautifully diverse and I want everyone to feel welcome in it! I have 10+ years of experience working in multiple countries, giving me insight into language, cultural, and worldview differences. I also have friends and family members representing many minority groups (race, ability, gender, adoption, neurodiversity, Q, socioeconomic) so I seek to learn perspectives different than my own to cultivate unity, harmony, and belonging in a fractured world. You can probably guess I\'m a classic Enneagram 9!Unique things about me: 1. I enjoy marketing and ministry (and not just in a church or on a pastoral staff)! I enjoy Graphic Design (Canva plus Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)3.
