I’m a tenacious investigator and supportive leader with strong work ethic, solid people skills, respected decision-making, a positive attitude and a history of training, mentoring and team building. I have a diverse background in policing, emergency management, workplace violence prevention, investigations, interviews and retail asset protection. With 25 years of law enforcement experience, including 8 of those in supervisory positions, I have extensive knowledge of leadership, tactics, and emergency planning, along with a proven ability to calmly handle critical incidents and manage complex investigations. Additionally, I\'ve been responsible for contract negotiation, budgeting, incident reporting, policy development, and ensuring compliance with FAA, OSHA and hazardous materials laws while enforcing strict safety standards.In my spare time, I enjoy flying and trail running and have completed several ultra-marathons, including the Western States 100, Javelina 100 and Rio del Lago 100.
