   Manage approximately 70 team members, responsible for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Software Systems and Enterprise Integrations. Solutions include Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, Cloverleaf, Snowflake, Sitecore, Sharepoint and other internally written.Net applications. Responsible for creating multiple strategic directions in a short period of time, to move BayCare technology ahead in the maturity model. Drive ideas through the investment planning and project management process to ensure successful development. Regularly present proposals and strategies to C-level executives and develop partnerships between multiple business stakeholders including physicians, hospital presidents, marketing, and various technology teams. • Responsible for all aspect of Salesforce OneCRM program supporting 4 business pillars. • Partnered with Marketing to create and recommend a mobile strategy that will create a digital front door for BayCare, partnering with the EMR partner Cerner. • Managed project to move the Enterprise Data warehouse to Snowflake operating on AWS Cloud. Evaluated multiple products and presented the final recommendation that was approved for implementation to C-level executives. • Created an interoperability strategy for BayCare leveraging multiple integration toolsets that meet all regulatory, performance metrics. This led to better health care outcomes for patients. • Developed a new structure for the Executive Data Governance committee and became the chair for the committee.
