Coming full circle in my career, I am excited to share that I have joined the U.S. business of Philip Morris International as Senior Counsel supporting the Commercial division in launching IQOS.I began my career as a lawyer at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau in the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Returning to the tobacco and regulatory space now—on the commercial side—feels both familiar and energizing.Following the successful U.S. launch of ZYN, I look forward to supporting the next chapter as PMI expands its smoke-free portfolio. In this role, I will be providing legal guidance to help advance PMI’s mission of delivering better alternatives to the millions of U.S. adults who smoke and would otherwise continue to do so. PMI has invested over $14 billion globally to develop, scientifically validate, and bring to market innovative smoke-free products for adults 21+.Better alternatives create better choices, and I’m eager to contribute to this important work.If you don’t smoke, don’t start.If you smoke, quit.If you don’t quit,
