He has significant experience with private and public companies where he has performed a broad range of professional advisory services such as business strategy, reviews, audits, securities filings, business combinations, equity issues, initial public offerings and reverse takeover transactions.Randy is currently a Director and Treasurer of the Calgary Home Builders Foundation and has served on the Economic Research Committee of the Calgary Home Builders’ Association and the Education Committee of the BOMA Calgary.He has served as Director and Treasurer for the Calgary Chapter – National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners and has been a director of Hong Kong Canada Business Association.
