I am a leader with extensive experience in multi-unit Specialty retail management. In roles as District Manager, Area Manager and General manager for Sears Holding and Footstar. I have worked in these positions and I take pride in driving results and developing others by training and mentoring. I have a Passion to be accountable and to deliver a concise message to all members of the organization to get results. I served in the US ARMY for 4 years.My Story:Before joining Sears Holding I ran multiple districts for Footstar as well as several stores as a General Manager. I drove all aspects of the business from store operations, financial results and all Human ResourcesI enjoy all aspects of my work and I\'m very passionate about driving results and developing others. My favorite part of my job is developing others through coaching and mentoring. I also enjoy the attention to detail on daily operations and driving financial results.
