Sunroad Enterprises is a diversified holding company based in San Diego with two distinct divisions – automotive and real estate. The automotive holdings are one of the top 100 automotive dealer groups in the United States. I lead financial operations and direct IT, HR, policy and procedural development and regulatory compliance. I also manage merger acquisition negotiations and finance placement. My operational oversight includes 11 U.S. and 12 Mexico locations representing heavyweight industry brands such as Ford, Kia, Hyundai, Honda, Infiniti, Toyota, Subaru, BMW, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Honda Motorcycles. I oversee HR and IT departments encompassing automotive, real estate, resort marina, resort country club and a shared service center for the entire company.
