Virtjoule has created a wireless sensor for measuring amperage, temperature, voltage, humidity, fuel levels, vibration, and dry contacts like magnetic switches and door and window alarms. It can monitor all types of HVAC as well as fixed and mobile refrigeration equipment for many kinds of faults like failed compressors, condenser fan failure, and refrigerant leaks. Applications include monitoring cold storage facilities, refrigerated trucks, large industrial motors, radio towers, road conditions, circuit continuity, natural gas pipeline compression, industrial air compression, sub-metering electricity, and failure detection on many types of commercial equipment like computer room air conditioners and boilers. The same service has important applications in energy studies including pre and post studies on building efficiency and demand response programs. It\'s very good at economical sub-metering. Our monitoring capability is used on office buildings and other BAS controlled buildings to locate control sequence errors that waste enormous amounts of energy such as out-of-hours operations at night and on weekends. We sell to cold storage operators, energy companies, commercial real estate owners and operators, banks, restaurants, data centers, oil & gas operators, and government agencies.
