I am a leader and senior supervisory attorney with extensive experience as a General Counsel, Chief Ethics Counsel, and IHL expert. I am skilled at solving complex problems across a wide range of legal disciplines both in the United States and around the world, including in conflict zones. From my extensive work with diverse teams, I understand the value and strength diversity adds to any team. Throughout my career, I have worked with partners inside and outside my organization, including international coalitions. I have over 30 years of experience in leadership, government ethics, investigations, compliance, criminal law, and international humanitarian law.    Leads the Service to the Armed Forces team at the Red Cross. My team provides critical services to US service members and their families at locations in 18 countries across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Advises Red Cross senior leaders on IHL policy and engages with the ICRC and US government on IHL policy issues.
