Within my first year, I was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, and just a year later, I achieved my initial goal of becoming Branch Manager.In 2016, I was honored with the Citizens of Excellence award—an achievement reserved for the top 4% of performers company-wide. Most recently, I was proud to be named a Credo Champion in 2024, a reflection of my commitment to leadership, customer service, and living the values of our organization.This is more than just a job to me—it’s a career I’m deeply passionate about.
