Nature is inspiring, regenerating and provides a great living laboratory for learning. I both lead and assist others in leading outdoor education and recreational activities in Marin and Sonoma Counties. Vilda emphasizes both outdoor learning, play and relationship building among children. We take the children on hikes, stream studies, and forest explorations, teaching children through observations, active games, quiet sit spots and creative crafts. It is wonderful to see young people develop their curiosity and confidence and grow while enjoying the natural world around them.
