Support informal and formal learning by curating content across the enterprise to align to core competencies, skills and job roles. Focus on the aggregation, distillation, elevation, and providing context to a learner centric environment. Responsible for creating, agile, trusted and immediate content that can be quickly consumed and supports strategic organizational and business objectives. Responsibilities include: skill tagging, mapping skill levels with content pathways and plans, managing the Learning experience platform, integration of platforms and vendors into the LXP including Credly, CredSpark, LinkedIn and 23 other vendors. Manage senior leading reporting and compliance updates and requirements. Work closely with Degreed and insure consistent updates and testing monthly. Create testing plans and security monitoring and trouble shooting. Design, Develop and Curate content for all operational and functional areas within the enterprise. Culture Monitoring of all content within the platform and audits of internal and external feeds. Train all users, owners and administrators of the systems. Train and develop all curators and content creators within the enterprise. Coach and work with trainers to design, develop and launch programs for business unit impacts within the company. Archive and monitor skills data and tagging across all learning content, consumption and requested information in the system. Align skills mapping of all internal levels, including CSuite to content and developmental plans. Curate content for leaderships, management and coaching opportunities.
