Randy comes from a background of GIS and Remote Sensing, working with mapping, analysis, managing and interpreting GPS data and modeling. He has deployed mobile GIS and GPS solutions for a variety of field projects and is familiar with several GIS and Remote Sensing software packages, including ESRI’s ArcGIS, PCI, ENVI and AutoCAD.
