After creating my own independent Project Management consulting company InProsure, I have worked as an independent consultant in providing strong value to Porsche over the past six years in number of different efforts that include- Procure to Pay (Zycus)- Successfully led implementation and integration of SaaS software forPorsche that transformed accounts payable and procurement departments to a digitized environment processing over invoices per year- Avaya Cloud Telecom Implementation – Led Porsche in RFP evaluation through rollout of migration project from on-premise Avaya telephony to Avaya cloud-based system. Included migration of all call center groups- T-Mobile Rollout: Led successful effort to migrate over 800 mobile devices of Porsche employees across the US from AT & T to T-Mobile within a four-month timeframe- Successful implementation of numerous other IT projects and efforts within Porsche including OneStream accounting software, warehouse shipping solutions, Porsche Dealer Support for IT services, and most recently, involved in streamlining processes for quarterly regulatory reporting to NHTSA.
