Randy Valentine is a nonprofit leader, author, and devoted father whose faith in Jesus Christ fuels his mission to inspire transformation. As Area Director for World Vision USA, covering Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico, he drives strategic fundraising to empower vulnerable children globally, leveraging 15 years of development leadership and 25+ years of marketing expertise. His career began in Silicon Valley at Storm Technology, shaping product launches, followed by McAfee, where he forged partnerships to acquire 9 million customers, and TiVo, leading campaigns to boost subscriber growth. In 2013, he founded Align Global Marketing, empowering for-profit and nonprofit organizations with branding, campaign development, social media strategies, and grassroots mobilization.Since 2006, Randy’s nonprofit journey has spanned Focus on the Family, Humanitarian International Services Group, Children’s HopeChest, Every Home for Christ, Global Media Outreach, and Lifewater International, advancing evangelism and sustainable development across 38 countries. At Children’s HopeChest, he built partnerships in Ethiopia, supporting orphaned children’s holistic care. At Every Home for Christ, he equipped churches in 150 nations for Gospel outreach.
