   Lead Project Manager assisting the Primary EPMO VP in the Firm-wide implementation of Workday. Engage in Project Plan Management, Stakeholder communication, and program budget maintenance with internal employees and implementation partner (PwC) representatives through the use of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies. • Lead Project Manager overseeing incentive compensation payment software (SAP) from PeopleSoft to Workday. Facilitate weekly Core Team Meetings with onshore and offshore resources (including internal employees, external employees and PwC implementation support), Daily Standups, entries into Azure DevOps (ADO), RAID Logs and weekly updates to the Project Sponsor.• Oversaw a complete Source to Target and Data Validation review of over 42 Core Data Files needed across all Value Streams. Coordinated over 100 meetings over a 6-week timeframe to identify data issues that may have been overlooked in the Data Gathering Workbooks (DGW’s). Entered over 135 findings into ADO, ultimately leading to over 50 change intakes that had to be approved by the executive sponsor. Also established a clearly defined Business Data Validation process for pre-load & post-load data validation that will occur prior to E2E Testing.• Assist in the monthly Program Budget submission covering the Workday Implementation that is currently over 800 million dollars. Support monthly P&L budget reviews to ensure the Firm and the Project are within Budget. Assisted the Accounting Team in the determination of what activities can be capitalized and what percentage can be claimed. Assist in the production of the Workday Project overview that will be used to determine Wall-Street guidance. Also assisted in the review and negotiation of numerous Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests (CR) with numerous vendors to include PwC, Open Symmetry, SAP, Commit Consulting, etc, totally well over 8 million dollars.
