Working directly with our dealer network to increase government sales throughout their AOR. Covering over 200 dealership locations throughout USA and Canada markets. Successfully help dealerships increase their presence in their local government areas amongst local cities, towns, counties, state and federal government entities. This by extensive travel and hands on training at the dealerships. Increasing sales profession\'s knowledge of how to work with and earn government business all throughout North America.Managing contracts for contract selling and assisting in making sure government entities have all they can to make the most educated decision for their fleet decisions in regard to the products we offer. Successfully preforming one on one and small group training at the dealership level for effective communication and sales in their AOR. Utilizing AI technology to get out ahead of opportunities prior them becoming a public bid. Working with dealers in pricing as well as successfully bidding - winning new contracts in their area all throughout USA and Canada. Learning the demographics and changes of approach to win business by traveling and learning all areas in my territory. Successfully going through major changes and still working through as well as win new business. Working through challenges of multiple culture backgrounds to understand their way of doing business. Communication at all levels in the corporate world setting with effective results in completing tasks at hand.
