About Randy Semroska

I am an experienced engineer in the use and manufacturing of all exotic materials. Have many years in aerospace, sub-sea, and medical device design and manufacture. Developed electrical schematics and harnessing for many spacecraft programs {Orion, Blue Ghost, Alpha, Yam8, Yam9, Longbow, LMV, SLD, etc. I am a very capable designer and can design, analyze and produce any device in any arena. I can do the electronics and cable design and packaging as well. Have hands on ability to design and test / terminate fiber and fiber devices. I run all Modules of Pro Engineer; Pro Cable, Pro NC, Pro Surface, CETOL, Mechanica, Pro Pipe, Sheetmetal, Detail, Windchill. Experienced in Oil field work, wireline monitoring and deployment at Frac sites in west Texas. Have a California State Journeyman Tool and Die certification and can run all machining equipment manual and CNC. Use Creo, Catia, NX, Solid Works, Capital, Zuken, RSD, and Enterprise.

   Designing new LMV Rover for moon mission. Currently designing harness for sensors on Artimus (Orion). Worked on PDR prep for SLD new Lunar Orbital Fuel Station. Responsible for all preliminary harness space claims and channelization. Created run all electrical runs for power requirements.
