I am director of our DevOps team within the Global Technology Organization. Our team\'s mission is to foster a culture of collaboration by modernizing and aligning Engineering through DevOps best practices which increase quality and throughput. Our team\'s output includes development and support for our CI/CD infrastructure, development and implementation of internal tools that support our product\'s SDLC (including test automation frameworks, product configuration applications and software configuration management tools). Despite the technical nature of our team\'s work, my focus remains on creating and continuously growing the capabilities of a team of top performers with strong work ethic and team-player attitudes. Further, I enjoy collaborating with all leaders in the company to find new problems to solve and make improvements where we find gaps.
