Working to research and develop suppliers in low-cost countries like: China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Mexico and India, along with leading the development and implantation of procurement strategies. Our team is leading efforts to improve supply chain efficiency, maintain product quality standards and reduce costs while making sure to develop relational not just transaction relationships. As we move into new sourcing countries, we will work to develop the sourcing, logistics, and quality teams in country to support our business. Along with sourcing, managing the logistics of our products to the designated warehouse. We are working with multiple freight forwarders, bringing freight from the destination ports, into North America and Europe and delivering to our warehouse locations. Negotiating with the forwarders the best routes, and navigating all of the hurdles in the industry to provide best cost and delivery times. We will continue to support our Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams and align our sourcing efforts to focus on diversification of customer, industry and commodity. While making sure the brand is considered an industry leader and continuing to have the brand recognized globally. Creating a challenging environment for our team while maintaining high ethical standards and making sure we continue to enjoy the work we do.
