   Lead continuous improvement and management of the LM Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) CIO Portfolio - working across the Infrastructure, Applications, and Information Security teams to define & maintain our IT Services Catalog for the Lockheed Martin RMS business area- Associated to managing the RMS CIO Portfolio includes, but is not limited to, the Governance process with the RMS business functions, running the RMS CIO business cadence (daily/weekly/monthly), e.g. operations reporting, affordability initiatives, monthly performance. this would also include leading the development of management reporting shared with the business functions as part of managing/monitoring their consumption of IT Services - i.e. educating the consumer through intuitive usage-based cost information to enable business decision around consumption behaviors- Position will coordinate RMS CIO Finance activities across the Enterprise Business Systems and RMS Finance organizations, including: budget development and management, financial analysis and Reporting, business case development, cost reduction initiatives and reporting, and capital planning- Establish and manage the RMS CIO internal and external Communications strategy around the IT Service Portfolio; coordinates with the Enterprise IT Services organizations and other Business Area IT Service Organizations to assure re-use of solutions/approaches as appropriate- Leads IT coordination and integration with RMS Facilities function including site enhancement requirements and coordination, moves, adds, etc- Coordinate all activities around indirect IT Procurement, Asset Management, and Logistics including: IT Procurement and Supply Management; Asset management (hardware, software licenses, inventory); Vendor agreements; and Program support.
