Susan and I are grateful that we have been blessed with this holistic ministry. We and our staff have the privilege of serving the physical, emotional and sometimes spiritual needs of individuals, typically seniors, whose ability to care for themselves has been diminished or impaired. We chose to join Right at Home because of the quality, experience and integrity for which they are nationally renowned. We and our clients also benefit significantly from the strength of Right at Home\'s size, systems and national presence. As a result of this, and lots of hard work, we have been able to raise the bar of quality and service significantly and have become a leader in this region in our first 6 months. This blesses us because not only have we already made a huge difference with the many individuals and families we have served, but some of our competitors are being forced to raise their quality which impacts those whom we do not directly serve.
