I have more than 20 years of experience winning and completing projects for power, transportation, federal, and water resources clients. During that time, I have managed professional GIS staff, GIS projects, and developed data collection and dissemination methods to support asset management, real estate, environmental studies, cultural surveys, hydraulic models, engineering design, fire planning, and permitting. Experience includes- Enterprise GIS planning and implementation - Digital transformation (paper to searchable database)- Esri Utility Network data migration - Project management and GIS task management - FERC regulatory process; licensing, relicensing, compliance - 2D and 3D hydraulic models and hydrologic modeling support - Section 106 regulatory processes and cultural survey support - Environmental permitting and regulatory processes - Recreation survey and design - 3D visualization
