Thirty years vehicle maintenance management experience in broad and diversified truck and school bus fleet environments, with a proven track record of reducing operating expenses through lean problem solving processes.My expertise includes maintenance cost reductions, vehicle specification and purchasing, fuel economy enhancement, and safety improvement skills. Furthermore, my experience with root cause analysis has proven successful in reducing vehicle breakdowns, injuries, and accidents. Also, my involvement in personnel development has led many technicians and drivers to earn multiple championships/awards at various state and national events.
