Established and operated three (3) Risk Management department teams, which helped the firm minimize risks and produce significant cost savings. Oversaw the Medical Malpractice and Workers’ Compensation strategies, which enabled a multi-million-dollar cost reduction in a 3-year time frame. Initiated and implemented an enterprise Operational Risk Assessment and Audit program across a portfolio of companies achieving standardization, enhanced regulatory compliance, and increased operational efficiency.
