As Chief Financial Officer of DataKinetics, I have over 25 years of experience helping organizations grow sustainably, manage risk, and make confident decisions.I’ve led finance teams across software, manufacturing, and professional services, with senior roles at Autodesk and Kinaxis. My work has spanned multimillion-dollar deal negotiations, complex US GAAP revenue recognition, budgeting and forecasting, and developing real-time financial models that accelerate decision-making.Over my career, I’ve been involved in nearly a dozen mergers and acquisitions, giving me a view from both sides about what makes successful deals.
