I serve as the Practice Lead for Montrose Environmental Solutions restoration ecology, biodiversity, and Nature-based Solutions programs by leveraging nature-based solutions to support coastal and inland ecology. My expertise includes ecological restoration, revegetation, remediation/phytoremediation, and rehabilitation; climate adaptation, storm surge, and sea-level rise; ecological resiliency/disaster planning and recovery; sustainability/biodiversity quantification and uplift; mining and energy support; and ecological modeling including searchable restoration databases and biodiversity assessment and quantification. Our team specializes in the integration of environmental economics with natural and nature-based solutions, ecological restoration, and environmental uplift and remediation. Additionally, I support domestic and international business development, assist with ecological staff and project support, and promote integration with Montrose\'s complementary practices. Lastly, I own and manage an organic heirloom fruit orchard in the mountains of Colorado.
