   Responsible for the complete and overall day to day operations, budget, preventive maintenance, upgrades and remodeling of two office buildings with approximately sq. ft. of floor space and four Data Center spaces with approximately sq. ft. of raised floor space occupied by more than 600 employees on a 7x24 basis. Also responsible for the upkeep and the maintenance of the 24 acres the facilities occupy. Helped plan and manage the construction of a 10 megawatt power distribution facility that feeds conditioned power to over sq. ft of a 100% up-time raised floor data center processing facility. Upkeep, preventive maintenance, upgrades and replacement of all mechanical and electrical equipment that supports the environment. The environmental requirements for the installation and or removals on the raised floor environment. The coordination of all facility maintenance and engineering technicians including contractors. Responsible for the training and operation of a CMMS system connected to all facilities mentioned. Job duties also involve contract negotiations and direction of contract employees, budgeting, planning, preventive maintenance, scheduling and new facility builds and installs. Instrumental with the planning and construction of an additional facility with over sq. ft. of raised floor data center space sq. ft. of office space and sq. ft. of support space. Recently completed the Hvac upgrade and retrofit of a sq. ft. office building.
