Terra Visions\' successful projects in the Houston area include Rock Creek, Park at Mission Glen, Lakes at Gleannloch Farms, Grand Ridge Crossing, the 2012 and 2013 GHBA and TAB award winning WYNDEHAVEN LAKE ESTATES and the 2017 ULI Drainage Resiliency and West Houston Association Sustainability Award winning STONEBROOK ESTATES.Terra Visions current project, RESERVE IN MEMORIAL, is a gated community of 64 residential home sites in 2 sections located along the east side of Kirkwood Road south of Memorial Drive in the 77079 zip code. The first section of 34 lots was completed in the summer of 2021, thus the lots available to be purchased by Sullivan Brothers Builder and Empire Communities for construction of their respective products priced to begin in the low $800\'s.STONEBROOK ESTATES, located on Spring Cypress Road at Cutten Road east of SH 249, is a 135-lot gated enclave of 70\' and 80\' lots on 54 acres. The community contains a blend of heavily landscaped detention basin drainage wrapped by residential housing with a perimeter low environmental impact bio-swale ground saturation and filtration drainage system. In 2017, the West Houston Association recognized Stonebrook Estates with its Sustainability Award for low environmental impact design, construction and operation. In the fall of 2017 post-Hurricane Harvey, Stonebrook Estates was recognized by the Urban Land Institute for its remarkable drainage resilience at ULI\'s fall conference in Los Angeles while the Astros were in town for its World Series run against the Dodgers. Wow, what timing!Terra Visions also represented the federal government (FSLIC/RTC/FDIC) in the discovery and recovery of loaned funds for land acquisition and development projects acquired by federal banking institutions subsequently declared insolvent. Terra Visions recovered in excess of $12 million for the federal government over a 5-year period.
