Personal Profile: I am a results oriented, hands on leader who fits well on virtually any project, whether in a corporate board room giving a presentation or in the trenches showing someone just how to accomplish the task at hand. I have over 40 years of intensely focused, broadly based experience in the construction industry; 35+ years as a General Contractor; 20 of those as a contract compliance inspector.I am a highly skilled, advanced level master builder. I have frequently trained and led individuals of broadly diverse skill levels, ages, backgrounds and experiences to become the highest caliber trades people. I have made it a career objective to help those around me to see the opportunities that can become available when faced with a difficult problem. I am frequently called upon to create designs for simple, insightful solutions to seemingly overwhelming, complex construction problems.I enjoy a long standing reputation of having been instrumental in the successful completion of dozens of often unusual, highly sensitive, multi-million dollar construction projects.I have excellent communication skills and have no problem as a public speaker in any forum.I have a life long interest in science and engineering of all kinds, from bio chemistry to aerospace engineering and literally everything between.I believe in getting to know every individual on my construction projects. I have found enormous potential in the most surprising places.I lead from the front. If anyone has to perform a difficult, complicated or unpleasant task I reserve the right to be the first to try it out.

   G C Construction specializes in large concrete projects, usually as a General Contractor, but often as a concrete specialty contractor. We like tilt up projects, Architectural detail, large retaining walls and large flat work projects.I was hired to run the General Contractor projects because of my broad background in Civil, MEP and Structural systems, and because of my organizational and leadership skills.My first project with G C includes 8 buildings with more than square feet of finished concrete interior space. The project includes all aspects of site development; from more than 1,200 lineal feet of storm drains up to 24\", to more than 2,400 lineal feet of 8\" fire water mains, all grading operations, all underground utilities, the 9 large metal buildings themselves and every aspect of the project.
