Role includes team co-planning, implementing, and helping oversee safety for over 1,100 team members. I am the Nucor Hand Safety Lead for the South-Central Safety Region (Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Mexico). In 2021, we were awarded the Nucor President\'s Safey Cup for a record safety year. Our region had the lowest I/I rate plus DART rate for the year in the corporation.Accomplishments:• 2024 – Celebrate! Maya Project / History Maker - Recognized as a History Maker in Arkansas. Project consisted of Arkansas youth, with guidance from historians, teachers, and a publishing agent that created a history book for young people to learn more about Arkansas History Makers in their communities who have made positive impacts on their communities, as well as the state of Arkansas.• 2021 – Arkansas 250- Recognized by Arkansas Business as one of Arkansas\' Most Influential Leaders
