ABOUT RANDY HAUG

Randy has been with LTi Technology Solutions formerly LeaseTeam in an executive management and ownership role for 37 years. He is responsible for establishing and implementing market direction and strategies for all LTi solutions. Randy also focuses on LTi\'s organizational accountability to our customers: improving our communication with our customers; pushing for customer-driven initiatives; and ensuring that LTi products and services continually grow in exceeding expectations. Randy has a bachelors degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Nebraska Omaha Roskins School of Business.Randy currently serves on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association Board of Directors, and is the ELFA Board Liaison for Membership and Service providers Business Council Steering Committee, Federal Advocacy and Advisory Committee, has served on the Executive Board Committee of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation, and was the Development Chair for 4 years. Randy is also a founder of the Chris Walker Education Fund that raises money for educational initiatives for the Equipment Finance industry. It\'s important for Randy to give back to the Industry that has been so good to his company, employee partners and his family. In 2024 Randy was awarded Leasing News Person of the Year by Leasing News. Additionally has been awarded the Industry Advocacy Award by the ELFA and Monitor Daily Publication.Specialties: Beyond consultative sales, Randy is relationship oriented and advises LTi clients on a daily basis relating to their business issues and strategies to gain competitive advantage. Randy speaks on many industry panels and roundtables on technology within the Equipment Finance and Leasing industry. Plays and active role on many industry related associations boards and sub-committees, and has also authored articles for industry publications.
