I have extensive experience in the automotive and RV sectors spending 20 years as a Business Manager and 5 years as a trainer with other F&I providers and General Motors. With 25 years in the industry, I have obtained a full understanding of how to maximize performance and get the most out of the people working in F&I using proven techniques. I am proficient with most DMS systems such as CDK,Reynolds, Dealertrack, Autosoft and Automate for automotive dealers and IDS, Prologic, System AppOne for RV’s, I can “fill-in” immediately without sacrificing dealer profit or compliance. I also have BDC and Call Center experience.
