He created the Key Point Selling System™ and the Sales Management Development Program, which played a crucial role in driving the company\'s growth. Under Hamilton\'s leadership, Erie Construction has transformed from a regional business in Toledo, Ohio, to a national roofing powerhouse. Their integrated approach includes digital marketing, direct sales, financing, installation, and post-sale service. In 2023, the company revenue exceeded $535 million. Hamilton\'s leadership style is characterized by a hands-on approach, working closely with key managers and employees. He has a broad range of expertise, encompassing sales, marketing, operations, pricing, strategic planning, compensation programs, and fostering organic growth through process improvement and generating impressive profits. Hamilton\'s educational background includes an MA degree in International Management from the School of International Training in Vermont and a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where he also played D3 Hockey. In August 2021, Gridiron Capital joined forces with Erie Construction, leading to the formation of Erie Home. Although Hamilton retired in January 2024, he remains involved with Erie as a Special Advisor and a member of the Board of Business Executives at Gridiron Capital.
