Randall Guillaume was recently promoted to a management position with GOTECH.• From 20••••14, Mr. Guillaume completed Program Management (Act 391) of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) Statewide Facilities Program. o The first phase bond package included 23 projects for 14 community and technical colleges throughout the state. o As a project manager, he facilitated the program, design, and construction management of these facilities.(Design-build and/or design-bid-build). o Total cost • From 20••••08, Mr. Guillaume served on GOTECH\'s construction management PAL (Parsons Aviation Louisiana - a Joint Venture) team for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. o He was primarily responsible for civil site work rehabilitations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, office build-outs and interior/exterior renovations, scheduling, and cost estimation. o Total project cost • In August of 2005, after Hurricane Katrina, Mr. Guillaume spent nearly 8 months, as a project controls manager for the new John James Audubon Bridge project (Design-build). o The bridge between New Roads and St. Francisville, Louisiana now serves as the second longest cable-stayed span in the Western Hemisphere. o Total construction cost was Guillaume earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University in 2001
