About Randy Gregson

I am an audit partner in the Atlanta office of EY with significant experience serving large public companies as well as private entrepreneurial growth entities. I have significant experience serving companies in the technology, communications, retail/distribution, energy, services, and manufacturing industries and coordinating the services of EY for clients across audit, tax, IT, transaction, and advisory.I have considerable experience providing assurance services to both public and private companies in the areas of financial reporting and technical accounting, internal controls and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SEC reporting, initial public offerings and private placements of equity, debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and resolving complex accounting matters. Within EY, I served as the Georgia/Alabama/Tennessee Market Assurance Leader, Leader of our Southeast Energy Assurance Practice and have served as partner in charge of the Georgia Assurance Talent Development & Deployment group. I also am active in recruiting and have coordinated many of EY’s performance development efforts, including developing and leading various industry training programs.
