Principal area of practice is managing global transfer pricing documentation and planning projects where he has developed a broad depth of transfer pricing experience managing the entire life-cycle of sophisticated transfer pricing matters; from the initial planning phase through the IRS Appeals and similar foreign tax controversy resolution process. Economic, financial and valuation analysis spans the entire spectrum of the energy value chain and encompasses all styles of related party transactions. And both within and outside the energy sector, he has significant transfer pricing experience that involves the valuation and migration of intangibles and attendant buy-in/buy-out and cost sharing issues. In addition to these skills, he has considerable specific country experience with transfer pricing matters in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Given his experiences within industry and public practice, he provides the practical, technical and broad transfer pricing skills and insights that clients’ desire in today’s sophisticated and contentious global transfer pricing environment.
