About Randy G. Merrill
Randy Merrill is the Founder and CEO of GO Launch Pros and Merrill Enterprises. A visionary entrepreneur and experienced multi-unit franchise operator, Randy started his own business nearly three decades ago with a single tanning salon, that later became part of the largest chain in Atlanta and most recently merged with a leading national chain. He nurtured his passion for fitness and well-being with a pivotal role at Australian BodyWorks, growing that fitness concept from 5 to over 25 locations while also pioneering a month-to-month membership subscription model that has now become an industry norm. He became a franchisee for the first time in 1995 by investing in a Planet Smoothie. Since then, he has ventured into multiple concepts including Cartridge World, Amazing Lash Studio, Massage Heights and The Joint Chiropractic. He currently owns and operates 10 franchises most of which delivered corporate record-setting store launches. He attributes his success to his extensive experience in both franchise and non-franchise businesses and has codified a process for impactful store openings and successful ongoing business management which he shares through GO Launch Pros.
