About Randy Foley

My experience includes twenty five years of law enforcement experience with honorable service in the United States Marine Corps (Active Duty and Reserve). My law enforcement experience is extremely diverse which allows a big picture view to problem solving. I have hands on knowledge of law enforcement disciplines to include narcotics and surveillance operations, tactical operations and instruction, formal investigation strategies, small team and multi-disciplinary team leadership, firearms instruction, and patrol operations. As a dedicated member of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, my main focus is to serve the community and help other PBSO enhance their abilities. My leadership philosophy is always to put the troops first to include their families.
