At Pierce Engineers, Inc, I provide guidance to clients concerning structural system selection based on site conditions, building design, budget constraints and construction timelines. My goals for PE are to build client relationships and create a sense of client satisfaction through outstanding performance by each member of the PE staff. PE develops client satisfaction by being a responsible, personable, responsive, and service-oriented member of the design team. This team-based approach is also applied to projects within our office, with all staff providing design ideas and ensuring on-time delivery of projects. Above all, PE looks to establish relationships by conducting our business with trust and reliability.
