ABOUT RANDY CADIEUX
I am a high performance leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. I strive to help organizations and teams improve their mission performance using a variety of approaches, including Resilience Engineering, High Reliability Organizing (HRO) Principles and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) Principles. My journey along this path began as a Marine Corps Officer and Aviator (flying combat aviation and non-combat training missions) and has continued through various endeavors and industries, including writing, education, consulting, security integration, software deployment and Program Management. One area of particular interest is helping organizations accelerate innovation, problem solving and operational performance through empowering neurodiverse workers. I am the author of the book Team Leadership in High-Hazard Environments: Performance, Safety and Risk Management Strategies for Operational Teams and co-author of a chapter titled Operationalizing Neurodiversity and Human Performance to Enhance Safety and Business Success in the book Operationalizing Twenty-First Century Safety: a Humancentric Practical Guide.
